HqO’s Best Spaces to Work lists are the only recognition and certification program that ranks and validates end-user real estate experiences in spaces in cities across the globe.
How it works
Published quarterly, the lists are based on real estate experience data from CRE tenants and their employees gathered through HqO’s Intelligence, a suite of products that measure and assess the health and performance of an end-user’s experience within a space.
To participate in the program, spaces will undergo a brief property evaluation with an HqO Real Estate Experience (REX) expert to generate their REX Score, the quality measure of the end-user experiences within their space. If the Score meets or exceeds the global industry benchmark of 65, the space will be certified as one of the Best Spaces to Work.

How are ‘Best Spaces’ selected?
