Inc.com determined rankings for 5,000 companies in the US according to percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. The Bay State is home to 154 companies that made the list this year. The list includes 136 Boston-based companies that had a median growth of 196%, total revenue of $6.9 billion, added 20,293 jobs, and 88 are repeat honorees. Additionally, 12 of these companies are newly founded. |

Mayor Wu announced that the City of Boston is seeking permission to ban fossil fuels from new construction. The pilot program is part of the state’s new climate law that will allow 10 cities and towns to enact a ban.
